Being eligible does not mean that you have to name any characters or any permanent structures. Your level of involvement is entirely up to you.

If you’re collecting credits that you’re eligible to name one race a year and for every 100 credits you collect you may name another race, up to a limit of three a year. Naming a setting is different to naming a permanent structure. A permanent structure is a river, a bookshop or a town, while a setting is an entire kingdom/country. Collections you can name settings in are: Aurora’s World; Heliopath’s World; Magi; and the World Walkers. If you’re collecting credits then you’re eligible to name one setting a year and for every 200 credits you collect you may name another setting, up to a limit of three a year. Again, your level of involvement is entirely up to you, so you are under no obligation to name a setting just because you’re collecting credits.
